i'm
jogging again!

i've actually missed jogging.. haha.
my goal was to jog around twice in less than an hour.
yesterday i did it in one hour!
nice!~today i did it in one hour and 5 mins.

(probably because my legs were sore from yesterday, and i also wore different shoes today, which hurt my feet/arches... will switch back tomorrow and see :)
i would like to improve my time and distance... but reminding myself that it's mainly to just
exercise and spend
time with God...

i truly feel His joy, strength, pleasure, and delight when i jog. lol. today i even found myself smiling almost the whole time, smiling at people [and receiving smiles in return :] and enjoying His sweet presence and company.
it's also a great way to
pray/intercede over the ground/area and people [esp. if i see anyone injured, limping, old, etc.]
*thankful for the wind that cooled me off, the rain/drizzle that refreshed me, the grey sky/clouds to shade me from the hot sun/heat while jogging today... Trying to be thankful and positive in every situation/circumstance.
